Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist

A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your primary duties will include cutting, shaping, and joining materials according to specifications, installing cabinets and shelving units, repairing furniture and fixtures, and ensuring accuracy in measurements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Cut, shape, and join materials according to specifications using hand tools or power tools
- Install cabinets, shelving units, countertops, doors, windows, stairs, and other wooden structures
- Repair furniture and fixtures such as tables, chairs, beds or cabinets
- Ensure accuracy in measurements by using rulers, measuring tapes or levels
- Follow safety procedures while handling tools and equipment on job sites
- Keep work areas clean by removing debris from the site after each project is completed
- Communicate any issues or concerns with project managers or clients
- Adhere to building codes and regulations

Salary: 1100$ per month

City: Dubai
