Mason Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Remish, Malaysia. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for the masons to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Monitor materials and equipment usage to avoid wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Collaborate with project managers to discuss project progress and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary
