Industrial Architect

Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures, including factories, warehouses, and production facilities
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure functional and efficient designs
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction projects and provide guidance as needed
- Adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Use computer software programs to create 3D models and simulations of proposed designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a strong portfolio of past projects
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

This is a contract position offering a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. This position is open to all genders but may be more suitable for men due to the physical demands of some industrial projects.
