We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include safely and efficiently maneuvering the equipment to complete tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

- Read and interpret construction plans to accurately complete tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with construction plans and diagrams
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
