Hotel Sales Manager



Our hotel in Akron is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager. As the sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy at our hotel. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of group bookings
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make strategic recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Salary: $900 per month plus commission on sales.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English, although all nationalities are welcome to apply. This is a full-time position with accommodation not provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for selected candidates.
