We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Eschen. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks. Your role will involve ensuring the security and efficiency of our company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Maintain network security through firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and access rights.
- Provide technical support to employees regarding IT issues.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technology solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network administration or a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols, server operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of network security principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Preferred:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSA) are highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
