A construction company in Multan is seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for laying, smoothing, and finishing surfaces made of concrete, such as floors, sidewalks, and roads. This is a physical job that requires strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning out debris and setting up barricades
- Set up forms or molds for pouring concrete
- Pour concrete onto prepared surfaces using buckets or pumps
- Smooth and level the concrete using trowels or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or staining to create desired patterns or colors
- Monitor the curing process of the concrete to ensure proper drying and hardening
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in the finished product
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Experience in working with concrete is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with various finishing techniques for concrete surfaces
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Own visa or valid work permit in Multan
