A renowned landscaping company in Lusail is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about horticulture and have a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and beauty of our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, planting, and maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces according to client specifications
- Pruning, fertilizing, watering, and weeding plants as needed
- Identifying and addressing plant diseases or pest infestations
- Installing irrigation systems and maintaining proper watering schedules
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hedge clippers
- Keeping garden areas clean, organized, and safe for clients and employees
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing recommendations for new plants or improvements to existing gardens

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role in landscape design or maintenance (preferably in Qatar)
- Knowledge of local plant species and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Lusail, Qatar.
