As a florist, your main responsibility will be to design and create unique floral arrangements according to customer requests and occasions. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your creativity to bring their visions to life. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for selecting the freshest flowers, arranging them in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and ensuring proper care and maintenance of the arrangements.

In addition to designing and creating floral arrangements, you will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop. You may also be required to assist with deliveries or work on special projects such as wedding or event decorations.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience working as a florist in a fast-paced environment. A strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and their availability throughout the year is essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills are important as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are passionate about flowers and are willing to relocate to Nairobi. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
