We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing building designs and blueprints for construction projects. Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design

- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed blueprints using computer software programs
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Collaborate with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to address any design issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Research new materials, technologies, and construction methods to improve design processes
- Attend site visits and meetings to oversee project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architectural design
