Concierge Specialist



We are currently seeking a Concierge Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling payments and reservations
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Maintain inventory of amenities and supplies for guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all guest requests are followed up on in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
