Foundryman Assistant

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Foundryman Assistant to join our team in Eldoret. As a Foundryman Assistant, you will assist in the production of high-quality metal castings by preparing molds, melting metal, and operating foundry equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds for casting by assembling patterns, gating systems, and cores
- Melt metal using furnaces and pour it into prepared molds
- Operate machinery such as sand mixers, core shooters, and shakeout equipment
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels to ensure quality of castings
- Perform basic maintenance on foundry equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Must be Nepali national with fluent English speaking skills
- No prior experience necessary, but experience in a physically demanding job is preferred
- Ability to work part-time if needed
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior foundry workers
- Must be able to provide own accommodation
