Concierge for English Speaking Hotel in Vilnius

Our luxury hotel in Vilnius is seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team. As a concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and providing exceptional customer service. This position is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals, as long as they are fluent in English. No previous experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for beginners to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for local restaurants, events, and attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange transportation services for guests, including airport transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 USD/month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: The hotel does not provide accommodation, but we will assist with finding suitable housing options within Vilnius.
