Head Baker


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our bakery products and ensuring high-quality standards are met. This position is suitable for men and is open to English-speaking candidates from any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of bakers, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets
- Create and implement new recipes and design menus for our bakery products
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain production flow
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures for product consistency
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and adhere to food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the bakery area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a high-volume bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Good communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
