Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience or training as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring materials, calculating quantities, etc.
