Electrical Technician - Contract Position (Muscat, Oman)


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Muscat, Oman on a contract basis. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various buildings and facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and determine the best course of action for repairs

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Valid Canadian Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent from another country
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
