Handyman for Contract Work in St. Petersburg, Russia


We are hiring a reliable and skilled Handyman for contract work in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks at different locations throughout the city. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, and equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Respond promptly to service calls from clients
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in different weather conditions

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (technical degree or certification is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have basic hand tools (power tools provided by the company)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
