Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Ashdod is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. As a Pakistani professional with excellent English communication skills, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and design specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues during the construction phase
- Stay updated on current industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
