Barista for Indian Café in Los Angeles

Our bustling Indian café in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee and tea drinks
- Ensure quality control of all beverages served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for coffee, tea, and providing exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
