Our bustling café in Nakuru is searching for an experienced Barista to join our talented team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting perfect coffee drinks and providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and a friendly, outgoing personality. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more
- Ensure all coffee drinks are consistently made to our high-quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with guests, taking orders, and handling transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter and bar area
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus tips.

Our café is located in the vibrant city of Nakuru in Kenya. Nakuru offers beautiful scenery, rich culture, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, safaris, and more.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position with the potential for growth within our company.
