House Painter


We are searching for a skilled and experienced House Painter to join our team in Mauren. As a House Painter, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling cracks and holes, and washing walls
- Protect furniture and floors with drop cloths
- Mix paint to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Clean up equipment and work area after each job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a House Painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders for extended periods of time

Preferences:
- Filipino nationality
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in house painting preferred but not required
