We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish, Egypt. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative design solutions for various projects. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements
- Develop and present design concepts and solutions
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design is in line with local regulations
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from clients or supervisors
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Egypt
- Familiarity with sustainability principles
- Fluency in Arabic language
