We are in search of a skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish, Egypt. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various architectural projects. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs and preferences of clients while adhering to all relevant codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for architectural projects using computer-aided design software
- Research and analyze building codes, zoning laws, and other legal regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Work closely with other team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being accurately implemented
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other legal regulations related to architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality designs within tight deadlines

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
The role is based in Remish, Egypt.
