Architectural Designer

We are a growing architectural firm based in Remish, seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Create 3D models and renderings of proposed designs
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project feasibility
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who have their own valid visa for working in Remish.
