Web Designer

We are in search of a talented Web Designer to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and we provide accommodation for our employees. We welcome Indian candidates who are fluent in English and also encourage women to apply.

In this role, you will collaborate with the development team to design and implement website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces. You will also be responsible for developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance both aesthetic and functional aspects of website design.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team to create website layouts and graphics
- Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs for their website
- Ensure that all designs are visually appealing while also meeting functional requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Troubleshoot any design issues that may arise during the development process

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other visual design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
