QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products developed by our company. Your main role will be to design and execute tests to identify any defects or issues in the software. You will also work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop test plans accordingly. Your attention to detail and ability to think critically will be crucial in identifying potential issues and providing solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to document test processes and results, as well as communicate any issues found to the relevant teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests
- Identify, record, prioritize, and track defects found during testing
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements
- Develop test plans based on project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Document test processes and results for future reference
- Communicate any issues found during testing to relevant teams
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a QA engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Location: Ashdod, Israel (open to candidates from other locations)

Salary: $1000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
