Industrial Engineer



As an Industrial Engineer in our company, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with production managers and other engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. This is a full-time position located in Ar-Ruwais, with preference given to Malayalees.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal use of resources
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with production managers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects
- Train staff on new processes and procedures as needed
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
