Industrial Engineer
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Canada
Salary: $1400 per month


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct time studies to determine optimal work methods and labor requirements
- Optimize layout of production facilities for maximum productivity
- Monitor production data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements
- Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using computer software such as CAD, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
