Head Baker



Are you an experienced Baker looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented Head Baker to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and managing a team of bakers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, plus benefits such as free visa and ticket for foreigners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and follow recipes to produce various types of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Oversee the baking process to ensure consistency and quality
- Train and supervise a team of bakers
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery
- Collaborate with other departments to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Baker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Demonstrated experience in menu development is preferred
- Fluent English is not required but would be an advantage
