Urgent Construction Project Manager in Moscow

Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking for a new opportunity in Moscow? We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Project Manager for an urgent contract job. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Prepare reports on project progress for senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Must be able to work legally in Moscow without visa sponsorship

As an urgent job, we are looking for someone who can start immediately. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Moscow.
