Industrial Architect - St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and developing plans that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and develop innovative solutions
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are structurally sound and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Monitor project progress, resolve any design issues or conflicts that arise, and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends, building materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
