Industrial Architect


We are currently hiring for an Industrial Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer software
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial architecture preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
