Executive Chef at a High-End Restaurant in Acre, Egypt

We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Acre, Egypt. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant. This includes menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Manage food inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Oversee kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Train and mentor new kitchen employees
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service for guests
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative approach to menu planning with a focus on utilizing fresh, local ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fine dining establishment
- Experience working with Egyptian cuisine is highly desired but not required
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
