We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team at our language school in Kaunas. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and delivering engaging lessons to students of various ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver dynamic lessons that meet the needs of individual students
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to make learning fun and interactive
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Create and administer assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Good communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to the needs of different learners

Salary: 1600$ per month
