We are a reputable hotel in Atlanta, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for the hotel.
- Create and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
