Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, loading and unloading materials from trucks and preparing them for transport. This position requires someone with experience in operating heavy equipment, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to load and unload materials from trucks
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery
- Valid loader operator certification or equivalent training preferred
- Familiarity with construction or industrial sites preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid work visa for Sharjah (sponsorship may be provided)
- Preference for Indian nationality
