Loader Operator


A reputable construction company in Sharjah is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. This is a contract position, with a competitive salary of 1400$. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of loaders to efficiently load, unload, and move materials around the job site. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a loader operator and should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position is open to Indian nationals who can join immediately, as free visa and ticket will be provided. Responsibilities:
• Operate various types of loaders to load, unload, and move materials on the job site
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance

• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved or loaded

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader operator in the construction industry
• Valid operator's license for heavy equipment
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints is preferred
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
