We are seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, and other events
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies and order new items as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs and offering suggestions and recommendations
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Ensure all orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Train and supervise junior florists or assistants as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist is required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Creative eye for design with the ability to create unique arrangements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting heavy objects

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. Additional benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare tickets will also be provided.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Working hours may vary depending on the demands of the job.
