Waiter/Waitress


We are looking for a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and processing payments
- Basic knowledge of Russian cuisine is an asset but not required
- Fluent English language skills are not required, but basic conversational English is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Working hours may vary depending on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
