Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable)



We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications. You will work closely with designers and project managers to develop functional and visually appealing websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web programming languages
- Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless integration of design and development
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed, scalability, and usability
- Troubleshoot and debug website issues as needed
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and best practices
- Communicate project progress to project managers and team members
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web programming languages
- Familiarity with server-side languages such as PHP or Ruby on Rails is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO principles is preferred
- Experience with website optimization techniques is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
