Solar Panel Installer



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Use hand and power tools to secure panels in place
- Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper functionality
- Perform routine maintenance on installed systems
- Communicate with customers to address any concerns or questions
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Panel Installer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with electrical systems and codes
- Physical stamina and strength to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month with the potential for increases based on performance.
