Team Lead (Faisalabad, Pakistan)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and tasks
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to upper management
- Identify any issues or challenges within the team and work towards finding solutions
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and job duties
- Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage conflicts and handle challenging situations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (management, business administration, etc.)
- Knowledge of project management tools/software is preferred but not required
