Floral Design Specialist



Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Floral Design Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a leading florist in the city, we are looking for someone with a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and a keen eye for design. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1100$, and we also offer free visa and ticket for international candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Source high-quality flowers and materials from local suppliers
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper care of all floral products
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new designs and concepts
- Maintain a clean and organized work space at all times

Qualifications:
- Experience in floral design or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and materials used in floral arrangements
- Excellent eye for color, texture, and composition in designs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box

Requirements:
- Must be able to legally work in Lisbon (Portugal)
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have own transportation or ability to commute to different locations within the city
