We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. You must have a valid crane operator license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to safety regulations and job requirements
- Inspect equipment before and after use
- Communicate with team members via hand signals or radios
- Rig loads safely and securely
- Monitor weather conditions and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of lifts performed
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts
- Strong communication skills
- Physical strength and stamina
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
