Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator for our company in Nizwa. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy loads in construction sites or industrial settings. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the crane equipment, operating controls to lift and position loads, and communicating with other workers to ensure safe operations.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Inspect crane equipment before operation for any defects or malfunctions
- Operate controls to move the crane's boom or load horizontally, vertically, or both
- Communicate with workers on the ground using hand signals or radio communication
- Ensure safe operation by following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and maintenance activities
- Report any issues or concerns immediately to the supervisor
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane equipment as needed
- Follow all company policies and regulations related to operating cranes

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is $1400 per month. This job does not require English proficiency but strong communication skills are necessary.
