Customer Service Cashier



We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Cashier to join our team in Bansko. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is open to Malayalees and Egyptians, and no English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide prompt and courteous service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Keep checkout area clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Promote company loyalty programs and special offers to customers
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring product levels and informing management of any shortages or surpluses
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- Malayalee or Egyptian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong math skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
