Blast Furnace Operator


We are seeking a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace, ensuring the safe and efficient production of iron and steel. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1600$. Prior experience as a Blast Furnace Worker is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the blast furnace operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Regulate air flow, temperature, and chemical reactions within the furnace
- Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of production data and report any abnormalities or deviations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Blast Furnace Worker or Operator
- Knowledge of blast furnace operations, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy equipment and withstand extreme temperatures
