Restaurant Manager (Filipino)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Filipino Restaurant Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all front and back of house operations
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring high levels of performance
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$, negotiable based on experience.

This is a full-time contract position.
