Administrator for Busy Office in Mombasa

We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our busy office in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls and emails, maintaining records and files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general support to the team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Experience in a similar role is required, but freshers are also welcome to apply. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. We strongly encourage individuals of Pakistani or Canadian nationality who are fluent in English to apply.
