Floral Design Assistant



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Design Assistant to join our team in Eschen, providing support to our experienced florists and assisting with the creation of beautiful floral arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition. Previous experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of flowers, including cleaning and conditioning
- Arranging flowers according to established design concepts
- Maintaining inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Assisting with deliveries and installations
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and design
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Availability to work weekends and evenings, as needed
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Eschen
